Daniela Silberstein

Sport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. While pregnant with my twins, I learned for the first time to take a step back and listen to the voice I'd ignored for years. After giving birth with a 17 cm diastasis recti, I realised neither doctors nor trainers could give me the support I needed to regain my athleticism.

Sometimes you have to become the person you yourself would have needed. That's why I trained as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, to help women navigate this transformative time and stay strong, capable and safe in their bodies for the long term.
